For whatever reason this arrangement which works like a charm in brooklyn though there have been some bumps in the road over the years was a sleep ender in connecticut.

I currently use a water filled pillow and have a small goose down fleece throw i folded and placed under the pillow.
My arms do this when i have them under my pillow or when i am sleeping on them.
Within the last few years ive noticed that i get neck cranks more often and i havent changed the way i slept from high school or before i m now 26.
It is perfect for me as i am a side sleeper who likes to tuck my hand under the pillow.
My next move is to buy a new pillow.
And i can barely move my arm.
Two pillows under the head with a third between my legs one hand wedges between the pillow and my upper thigh and the other sits under the pillows by my head with my arm at a right angle.
Long hx of neck problems for me and used to wake with my arms overhead or the dreaded dead arm from sidelying.
I always sleep with my arm under the pillow and i sometimes wake up in the middle of the night all panicked cuz i can t feel my arm.
I have felt the need to remove it because i feel suffocated.
I have had it for almost a year.
I don t particularly mind the pillow i have now but it s very worn out and i m sure there are many better options that may even help me sleep better and get less neck pain headaches.
The noise level in my house is pretty bad sometimes so i will cover my head and tune it all out.
I love to sleep with one arm under the pillow.

I do sleep with my blanket over my head on occasion.

I try to sleep other ways but i always wake up on the middle of the night in paid.
This will at least lessen the amount of neck rotation that you need to breathe.
If you must sleep on your stomach i would recommend placing pillows under your torso and neck.
Another thing that when i use the clippers on the shrubbery a lot i wake up with numb hands wrists repetitive motion injury i think don t know of any meds that would cause it.
Most of the time it is when i am napping in my chair in the living room.
I sleep on my side a lot with my arm near or under my pillow under just my head.
